100% Pass Guarantee Policy: To qualify for the 100% pass guarantee for the PMP® Exam Prep Boot Camp, you must meet the following criteria: You must attend the entire class, missing no more than one (1) hour. You must complete four (4) full-length practice exams from our online portal.

You must take the initial PMP exam thirty (30) days after the last day of class. You must send post-exam assessment reports you received from Prometric to contact@strategisminc.com within ten (10) business days of failing the exam.

You must take the second PMP exam one hundred and sixty (160) days after the initial failed exam. You must send post-exam assessment reports you received from Prometric to contact@strategisminc.com within ten (10) business days of failing the exam.

You must take the third PMP exam one hundred and sixty (160) days after the second failed exam. You must send post-exam assessment reports you received from Prometric to contact@strategisminc.com within ten (10) business days of failing the exam.

If you qualify for the 100% pass guarantee and fail the PMP exam a total of three (3) times within three hundred and fifty (350) calendar days following completion of the class, Strategism Inc. will refund in full your tuition payment. The refund will be sent via a paper check mailed to the student within thirty (30) days after Strategism Inc. receives proof of the third exam failure. Under no circumstances shall the amount refunded be greater than the amount paid for the class.

Registration: You may transfer, free of charge, your class registration to a future date on which the class is offered, provided that you notify us of your request at least 7 days prior to the start date for your registered class. We assess a transfer fee of 20% of the purchase price if you transfer your registration to a future date less than 7 days prior to the start date for your registered class. You may transfer your registration to another student free of charge at any point in time. Your class purchase is non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of purchase. In the event that we elect at our discretion to refund a class fee paid by you, we will credit the credit card that you used for the purchase or mail a check to your billing address within 14 calendar days after the request is approved. We reserve the right to reschedule training classes due to unforeseen circumstances such as trainer unavailability, insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, natural disaster, etc.
